WALL STREET ENDS HIGHER

The S&P 500 gained 21 points, or 1.6% to 1390, while the NASDAQ moved 54 points higher, or 1.8% to 3042.
U.S. stocks rallied on Wednesday, as Dow Jones added 194 points, or 1.5% to 12,115.

The dollar fell against the British pound, but gained against the euro and the Japanese yen.
Oil for May delivery rose $1.27 to settle at $104.20 a barrel.
Gold futures for April delivery rose $1.60 to settle at $1,650.30 an ounce.
European stocks closed with solid gains as Britain's FTSE 100 added 1.8%, the DAX in Germany rose 2.7% and France's CAC 40 climbed 2.7%.
Asian markets was lower as Shanghai Composite fell 0.9%, while the Hang Sang in Hong Kong shed 0.2% and Japan's Nikkei ended slightly lower.
