EURO FALLS TO SESSION LOW VS DOLLAR AFTER SARKOZY COMMENT

The euro fell to a session low against the dollar on Wednesday after French President Nicolas Sarkozy said the euro's exchange rate should be up for discussion with the European Central Bank, with traders citing selling by a Swiss name.
The euro fell to a low of $1.30917, trading down 0.2 percent on the day.
